Our aims
No one should face Parkinson’s alone. We aim:
- To help and support people with Parkinson’s, their carers, and families in the Oxford area with problems arising from Parkinson’s.
- To provide information and advice on Parkinson’s.
- To help raise funds for research and local branch activities.
Who are we?
The Oxford Branch of Parkinson's UK has over 250 members and friends, and is led by a committee of volunteers elected at our AGM in March each year.
We are proud to be a part of our national charity Parkinson's UK.
Our activities are funded by members' subscriptions, participation in sponsored challenges by members and friends, fundraising activities, and legacies and donations from local people and organisations.

Branch activities
As well as our regular monthly meetings, we organise numerous social events and activities. Many of these activities are subsidised from Branch funds.
Becoming a member
We are a welcoming group of positive people who like to chat and smile. If you're interested in what we do, you are very welcome to attend one of our meetings. If you like what you see, you can then join our membership of people with Parkinson’s (PwP) and their caregivers.
