Exercise opportunities at home and in classes

Here we have tried to gather links to exercise opportunities from Parkinson’s UK and Generation Games that are specially designed for people with Parkinson's.

Easy exercises at home from Parkinson’s UK

Parkinson’s UK has created a helpful 8-page leaflet with easy exercises that you can do at home with no special equipment. You can get the leaflet as a PDF file at this link.

ONLINE AND IN PERSONExercise classes with Sarah Wheatley

Many of you know Sarah, who leads several of our Big Bold and Balance exercise classes. Sarah has kindly found a way to incorporate online participants in our weekly face-to-face exercise classes. The classes take place on Wednesday at 10.30am in Didcot, and Friday at 10.30am in Botley. If you haven’t yet received an email invitation, please contact our Secretary or Chair.
